The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations made at The Clachan Hotel. By making a booking with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

Guests are kindly asked to check out by 10:00 on the day of departure.

If you expect to arrive later than the stated check-in time, please contact the hotel in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Reservations & Payment

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation at The Clachan Hotel.

For bookings made using a promotional code, your card will be used to guarantee the reservation but will not be charged at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

Payment for your stay may be taken according to the terms of your booking or upon arrival at the hotel.

Room Rates & Breakfast

Room rates are offered on a room-only basis, unless otherwise specified within a package or special offer.

A continental breakfast can be added for £7.50 per person, unless breakfast is already included as part of your booking.
